Do you work exclusively with VIP clients?

Every journey we create is entirely customized to the client’s individual requirements. Whether you are looking for a private cultural tour in Georgia, a luxury family vacation, or an executive business trip in Tbilisi, we carefully design every itinerary around your interests, preferred travel style, budget, schedule, and desired level of service.

Can I book only one service?

Absolutely. You are welcome to book any individual service in Georgia without purchasing a complete travel package. This includes airport transfers, hotel reservations, private guided tours in Tbilisi and throughout Georgia, professional guides, chauffeur services in Tbilisi, luxury vehicle rentals, restaurant reservations, or any other standalone concierge service in Georgia.

Do you create tailor-made travel experiences?

Yes. Every private luxury tour in Georgia and VIP tour in Georgia is designed entirely around your personal preferences. We create bespoke itineraries tailored to your interests, travel style, schedule and desired level of luxury.

Why choose Premium Georgia instead of artificial intelligence?

Artificial intelligence can create a well-structured itinerary using publicly available information, including travel blogs, online reviews, maps, and popular attractions.

However, exceptional travel experiences require far more than internet research.

At Premium Georgia, every itinerary is built upon years of firsthand experience working throughout the country. We know which mountain roads are currently accessible, which destinations are best visited during a particular season or time of day, which restaurants consistently maintain exceptional service, and which venues no longer meet premium standards. Our recommendations come from continuous field experience, trusted local partnerships, direct feedback from our guests, and constant quality control – not from algorithms. As a result, every itinerary includes carefully planned logistics, reliable transportation, exceptional hotels, outstanding restaurants, experienced guides, exclusive experiences, and hidden locations that rarely appear in traditional guidebooks. The difference between artificial intelligence and Premium Georgia is simple: Artificial intelligence analyzes publicly available information. Premium Georgia delivers knowledge earned through years of operating luxury travel experiences on the ground.

How does the booking process work?

Once your itinerary has been finalised, we prepare a detailed proposal outlining all confirmed services and pricing. We then verify the availability of hotels, transportation, experiences, and any additional arrangements before issuing your invoice. Upon request, we are also happy to provide a service agreement. While this is not required under Georgian law, we offer it to provide our guests with complete transparency and peace of mind. Your booking is officially confirmed once the initial payment has been received.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept international bank transfers in USD, EUR, and GEL.

Payments may also be made securely via our online payment link (merchant service), which carries a 3% processing fee.

Alternative payment methods may be arranged on an individual basis.

Is a deposit required?

Yes. A 20% deposit is required once the itinerary has been approved and the invoice has been issued. The remaining 80% balance is due two weeks prior to your arrival. If your trip begins within two weeks of confirming your booking, full payment (100%) is required at the time of confirmation.

Can I modify my itinerary after booking?

Absolutely. We understand that travel plans sometimes change. Most elements of your itinerary can be adjusted after confirmation, subject to availability.

Please note that certain modifications – such as changes to hotels, transportation, exclusive experiences, or third-party reservations – may incur additional costs. Any applicable charges will always be discussed with you in advance.

Are all of your tours private?

Yes. Premium Georgia specialises exclusively in private luxury tours in Georgia and VIP tours in Georgia. Every journey is created exclusively for you, ensuring complete privacy, flexibility and personalised service.

Do you organise special occasions and exclusive events?

Absolutely. We specialise in exclusive event management in Georgia, creating unforgettable VIP events in Georgia, private receptions, private dinners, luxury birthday celebrations, marriage proposals, brand launches and bespoke luxury experiences.

We provide professional licensed guides in a wide range of languages, including:

English, Russian, German, French, Spanish, Italian. Additional languages can be arranged upon request.

Daily Schedule

Your exact departure times, excursion schedules, and optional activities will be confirmed by your dedicated Travel Concierge Manager and/or your private guide.

Occasionally, minor adjustments may be necessary due to weather conditions or operational considerations.

For example, if weather conditions make a planned mountain excursion unsafe, we will promptly redesign your itinerary and recommend an equally enjoyable alternative experience.

Our priority is always to ensure your comfort, safety, and the highest quality of travel experience.

Medical Insurance. Is medical insurance included?

Your medical insurance for the duration of your stay in Georgia is provided by GPI Holding Insurance Company. Prior to your arrival, you will receive an insurance policy containing emergency contact numbers and detailed information regarding your coverage. Please note that this insurance is valid only for the period of your stay in Georgia and is mandatory under Georgian regulations. Border officers may request to see your insurance policy upon arrival, so we recommend keeping either a printed or digital copy readily available.

What Should I Pack for My Trip to Georgia?

We recommend packing according to the season and the activities included in your itinerary. For most journeys, comfortable and practical clothing is the best choice. If your programme includes hiking or mountain excursions, we suggest bringing: сomfortable walking or hiking shoes, jeans or lightweight trekking trousers, one or two warm layers or sweaters, several T-shirts, a waterproof jacket or windbreaker, sunglasses and sunscreen during the warmer months

We also recommend bringing a small personal first-aid kit with any prescription medication, as well as basic remedies for headaches, colds, stomach discomfort, and minor cuts or blisters. If your itinerary includes luxury restaurants or special evening events, you may also wish to pack smart casual or elegant attire.

How far in advance should I book my trip?

For the best selection of luxury hotels, exclusive experiences, and premium transportation in Georgia, we recommend booking your journey at least one month in advance. During peak travel seasons, public holidays, and the grape harvest period in Kakheti, availability can become limited. In these cases, booking several months ahead is strongly recommended.

Our fleet includes: Mercedes-Benz V-Class, Mercedes-Benz S-Class, Mercedes-Maybach, Range Rover, Toyota Camry, Luxury SUVs in Georgia, Premium minivans, Executive coaches for larger groups. Based on your travel style, preferences, budget, and purpose of travel, we carefully curate a selection of properties that best suit your expectations. Price lists are usually available inside the minibar or provided in your room. Telephone calls made from hotel rooms are generally charged at rates higher than those available outside the hotel. Any additional services – including minibar consumption, room service, laundry, spa treatments, or other extras – are typically settled directly with the hotel upon check-out. To ensure a comfortable environment for all guests, we kindly ask that you observe quiet hours, generally between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM, in accordance with hotel policies.

We can also organise private jet charters to and from Georgia, as well as domestic and international private aviation upon request. Every flight is individually tailored to your itinerary and operated by licensed aviation partners.

Language

The official language of Georgia is Georgian.

Russian is widely understood and spoken throughout much of the country, while English is commonly used in hotels, restaurants, tourist attractions, and by younger generations, particularly in Tbilisi and other major cities.

Time Zone

Georgia operates on Georgia Standard Time (GET), GMT+4, throughout the year.

Climate

Georgia offers remarkable climatic diversity.

Eastern Georgia enjoys a predominantly continental climate, while the western regions have a humid subtropical climate influenced by the Black Sea.

Average temperatures are: Winter: +4°C to +8°C (39–46°F), Summer: +27°C to +32°C (81–90°F). Mountain regions experience cooler temperatures year-round, with warm summers and snowy winters, making Georgia an excellent destination in every season.

Currency

The national currency is the Georgian Lari (GEL).

Major international credit and debit cards, including Visa and Mastercard, are widely accepted in hotels, restaurants, shopping centres, and larger businesses.

In smaller towns and rural areas, however, cash may occasionally be required.

ATMs are readily available throughout the country, and currency exchange offices operate in all major cities, with many offering extended or 24-hour service.

Please note that unofficial currency exchange between private individuals is prohibited by Georgian law.

Entering Georgia

When crossing the Georgian border, please keep your passport and any required travel documents readily available. During immigration and customs procedures, we recommend remaining calm, polite, and cooperative. Please answer all questions clearly and accurately, and avoid unnecessary discussions with border officials. Should any unexpected issue arise during border control, please contact your Premium Georgia representative immediately. Our team will do everything possible to assist you.

Customs Regulations

Visitors may enter or leave Georgia with up to 30,000 GEL, or the equivalent amount in another currency, without submitting a customs declaration. Amounts exceeding this limit must be declared upon arrival or departure. Failure to declare funds above the permitted threshold may result in financial penalties or confiscation in accordance with Georgian legislation. The import of firearms, explosives, narcotics, certain restricted publications, and items considered dangerous or prohibited by Georgian law is strictly forbidden. Antiques, historical artefacts, and objects of cultural significance may not be exported without the appropriate official permits. Wine and other alcoholic beverages may be exported only in sealed commercial packaging. Current duty-free allowances generally permit up to 3 litres of alcohol, with the possibility of increasing this limit (subject to airline and customs regulations). If you are travelling with valuable jewellery or other high-value personal belongings, we recommend reviewing the applicable customs regulations before your journey.

Staying in Georgia

Georgia is renowned for its warm hospitality, rich cultural heritage, and strong traditions. We kindly encourage all visitors to respect local customs, religious sites, and cultural norms throughout their stay. When visiting churches and monasteries, modest clothing is recommended. Some religious sites may require women to cover their heads and shoulders. Photography is generally permitted at tourist attractions; however, photography is prohibited at airports, military facilities, certain government buildings, and in some churches where restrictions are clearly indicated. For drinking, we recommend bottled mineral water, which is widely available throughout the country. Please note that smoking is prohibited in virtually all indoor public spaces, including restaurants, cafés, hotels, shopping centres, and public transport.

In the event of an emergency, the following services are available throughout Georgia: Ambulance  112, Fire Service 112, Police 112

Should you require assistance, your Premium Georgia Travel Concierge is also available to help coordinate communication and support whenever possible.

Safety & Security

Georgia is widely recognised as one of the safest destinations in Europe and the Caucasus, offering a welcoming environment for international visitors. Nevertheless, we recommend observing the same sensible precautions you would take while travelling anywhere in the world. Please keep your passport, insurance documents, and other important paperwork secure at all times. Avoid carrying large amounts of cash or valuable jewellery, particularly in crowded areas, and make use of hotel safes whenever available. In the event of theft, we also recommend contacting the local police as soon as possible. Our team will assist you throughout the process and help coordinate any necessary arrangements. Please observe local traffic regulations, use designated pedestrian crossings, and remain aware of your surroundings, particularly after dark. We also recommend avoiding political demonstrations, public protests, or other large gatherings during your stay.
